Because it’s obvious I suck at it

I keep trying
But I’m achieving no measurable success
We seem to be working on this
We seem to be pushing for it
We both know this is right
But we just seem to be in two different leagues
Two different worlds…
With different dreams
Different concepts
Different ideas
Even on the most basic stuff in life
The attraction is there
The love fills the air
It feels real
It feels definite
It feels close
Only for us to get close
And be hit by reality
…The reality of being worlds apart
I know this is right
I know you are right for me
I really want to make us work
But it is this one thing I ask of you
Please teach me how to love you
